College League & Scrimmage
You don't have to make a Blues or Twos team to play regularly for OUBbC — College League, Cuppers, and scrimmages are open to all levels.
College League
College League is a great opportunity for players of all experience levels to play basketball. It's a great way to get involved in the basketball community at Oxford and many players have gone on to join University teams after starting in the College League, so if you don't make it through trials, this is a great way to keep playing and developing!
The league consists of mixed-gender teams from individual colleges or teams formed through collaborations between colleges. Games take place roughly once a week at Iffley Road Sports Centre across Michaelmas and Hilary terms.

Cuppers
Cuppers tournament finishes off the basketball season in Oxford. It runs in Trinity term and is fiercely contested — teams can be from one college or an amalgamation. Many Uni team players appear in this, so competition gets fast and furious. Since 2022, Cuppers has run as a single mixed competition rather than separate Men's and Women's brackets.
